Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to manage a large, established book of business and provide exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial lines insurance coverages, including admitted and non-admitted carriers. Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a large, established book of business, including new and renewal submissions
- Reviewing insurance contracts for inaccuracies and processing endorsements, placement requests, and invoicing
- Completing and preparing certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews
- Checking policy coverage and endorsements on all new business and renewals
- Working independently or as part of a team to resolve client issues and concerns
- Directly responsible for the retention of all accounts assigned to the team
- Applying problem-solving techniques to various issues concerning cancellations, claims, renewal issues, audits, receivables, and carrier issues
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- An active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Above-average computer skills, with the ability to become proficient in various needed programs
- Prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably in commercial insurance
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance coverages, including admitted and non-admitted carriers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience with various insurance products and maintaining client relationships
- Familiarity with insurance software and systems
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
