Job Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering and updating data into our organization database
- Verifying and resolving data discrepancies to ensure accuracy
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Collaborating with team members to improve data management strategies
- Meeting established deadlines for data access tasks
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Experience with SQL or database querying tools, including ETL and data modeling
- Proficiency in scripting programming languages, such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Knowledge of software development methodologies
- Strong PC skills, including expertise in Excel and VBA
- Outside-the-box thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role
- Proficiency in data access and control software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
- Knowledge of cloud-based data management platforms
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
