What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our IT Service Desk team in Mumbai, India. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional IT support to our business operations, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain Service Desk metrics by meeting or exceeding targets for quality, productivity, and service

  • Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's business and business objectives, IT Divisional Objectives and goals, various business areas, technical conditions, and systems that support the arenaflex business
  • Recognize the impact of changes to IT Supported Systems and adapt investigations to address client issues
  • Demonstrate autonomous judgment and responsibility for
  • Effectively participate in the development of relational skills and professionalism in interactions with vendors, supported clients, and other IT groups
  • Build and maintain helpful, cooperative, effective relationships with second and third-level IT groups, vendors, and supported clients
  • Resolve or escalate incidents, and create internal news and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities by assessing internal tools and processes, and suggesting upgrades
  • Provide answers to clients by identifying issues, investigating responses, and guiding clients through remedial actions
  • Assess, investigate, and address end-client IT system issues through first-level IT technical support via calls, chat, or email
  • Provide detailed documentation of system issues, investigation steps, and related relevant data in a tagging/global positioning framework
  • Utilize a wide array of available tools and resources to resolve system issues
  • Meet or exceed targets for availability, productivity, quality, and service
  • Attend continuous training to strengthen ability to support new and existing equipment and software applications

  • Intermediate areas of strength for to abilities. Candidates should be able to effectively complete a writing assessment
  • Planning flexibility to address the needs of the business; a day in and day out/365 climate

Preferred Qualifications

* Past arenaflex business operations experience

  • Experience using a tagging/global positioning framework
  • Knowledge of and experience using Google Applications, AS400, scheduling, etc.
  • Past Service Desk experience or potentially IT-related school degree(s) or certification(s)
