Job Summary

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers find the information they need and resolving their queries in a timely and efficient manner. You'll be working on a part-time basis, with flexible hours to suit your needs. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites, providing accurate and helpful information to customers

  • Answer customer questions and resolve simple problems in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide sales links and offer discounts to customers, helping to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Process customer orders and ensure that they're completed successfully
  • Work independently, following instructions and using your own initiative to resolve issues
  • Utilize social media and website chat functions to engage with customers and provide support
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

* Friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a device that can access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms and tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Familiarity with Squarespace or other website platforms
  • Social media skills and experience using platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
