Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling live chat interactions with customers to address queries related to order processing, returns, and service claims
  • Logging in to our chat system at the start of your shift and managing customer interactions efficiently
  • Logging out at the end of your shift, ensuring all inquiries have been addressed
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support through multiple channels, including live chat, email, and phone
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Position Details

* Rate: $35 per hour

  • Requirements:

+ Must have access to a computer or mobile device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) + Must be able to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and commit to at least 5 hours per week + A reliable internet connection is a must

  • Location: This is a fully remote position, welcoming applicants from around the globe, with a preference for those in the United States
  • Schedule: Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with a minimum of 5 hours per week

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education an asset

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or remote

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
