Responsibilities:
As an experienced data entry specialist in our live chat support team, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately entering data and managing information logs in a timely and efficient manner
- Responding to customer queries and providing support through live chat, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies and procedures
- Identifying and escalating priority issues when necessary, collaborating with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
- Ensuring that all data entry tasks are completed within deadlines, meeting or exceeding performance expectations
- Collaborating with team members to improve processes and resolve issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our live chat support services
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Proficient typing skills with a minimum speed of 50 WPM, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, providing clear and concise responses to customer queries
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, meeting deadlines and performance expectations
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and software, including data entry and customer relationship management tools
- Previous experience in data entry or customer support is a plus, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
