Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll remain in a contractual relationship for the duration of your program assignment. You'll be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings, and arenaflex will not be responsible for providing benefits such as vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
