Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Analyst and Online Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining coverage to support business processes and data-driven decision making
• Creating and executing ad-hoc coverage to address business needs and improve data quality
• Designing and implementing data visualizations using Power BI to communicate insights and trends
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop reports, and obtain sign-offs
• Automating business processes and improving exception-based reporting
• Partnering with IT and data scientists to discover, analyze, and integrate new data sources
• Evaluating large datasets to identify patterns and actionable insights
• Validating data for accuracy and resolving discrepancies
• Researching and remediating data errors
• Participating in the Data Governance program to maintain data integrity and quality
• Analyzing and validating metrics to ensure effectiveness and providing recommendations for improvement

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in comprehensive data analysis and reporting

• Strong experience working with Power BI, including creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Knowledge of DAX, SQL, and M Code
• Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Power BI Dataflows, or other big data integrations
• Strong data modeling skills using star schema or other procedures
• Experience with statistical analysis and data mining
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to write complex SQL queries
• Experience with data governance and data quality management

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Smartsheets and other project management tools

• Strong problem-solving skills with experience working with large datasets
• Familiarity with data storytelling principles and data visualization best practices
• Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools
• Certification in data analysis, data science, or related field
