Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Processing child support payments, both paper and electronic forms, in the SDU system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to strict schedules and timelines
• Collaborating with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless data entry and processing
• Staying up-to-date with the latest software and technology to optimize data entry efficiency
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of prior experience in data entry or a related field
• Excellent data entry skills, including proficiency in keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also being a team player
• Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Reside in one of the following states: AL, FL, GA, KS, MO, NC, OH, SC, TN, TX, or WV
• Be available to work a Monday-Friday schedule, with hours from 4:00 am ET to 12:30 pm ET
• Pass a background check and drug test
• Have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a private area to work
