Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Assistant for Customer Service and Marketing at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
Customer Service:
+ Answer customer calls during designated hours (Monday through Friday, 6:45-8:45 PST) + Utilize a provided script to screen calls and gather necessary information + Relay information to the office in a timely and efficient manner + Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
Marketing:
+ Handle all marketing mailers and emailers to past, current, and potential customers + Develop and maintain relationships with multiple team members and stakeholders + Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies + Analyze and report on marketing campaign results to inform future initiatives
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Customer Service Experience:
