What You'll Do

* 2 years of customer service experience
* Strong written, verbal, and listening abilities
* Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment
* Skill in computer usage for data entry and efficient internet browsing
* Ability to adapt to change and flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
* Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information
* High school graduate or equivalent experience
* Willingness and ability to pass a background check
