Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for entering information with a high degree of speed and accuracy into our customer information system and other Public Works software. This is a full-time remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities
* Establishes and maintains utility accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Verifies account eligibility and accessibility, resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise
- Prepares, distributes, and completes work orders, ensuring timely and efficient completion
- Prepares files for mass customer communications, including billing statements and other notices
- Assists with mailing billing statements and other notices generated in-house
- Scans or retains documents, maintaining accurate and organized records
- Performs monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests, identifying areas for improvement
- Enters data into Key Performance Indicator tracking databases, providing valuable insights for our team
- Performs other related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our Customer Service Division
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or acceptable equivalency diploma (GED)
- Two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Public Works software
- Excellent typing and accuracy skills, with the ability to meet productivity and quality standards
- 10-key skills testing for consideration
Preferred Qualifications
* Associates degree in business administration, data entry, or related fields
- Two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
