Responsibilities
As a Virtual Chat Support Help Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in engaging with our valued customers and providing exceptional service in the mechanical and industrial engineering sector. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via virtual chat and providing effective solutions
- Assisting customers with product information, service inquiries, and troubleshooting queries
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our services, products, and policies to better assist customers

Requirements
