Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Chat Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through multiple interactive channels of communication. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll be responsible for recognizing and responding to their requests in a timely and efficient manner. You'll use your exceptional communication skills to resolve issues and provide satisfying solutions.
  • Embracing a 'Do the Right Thing' Mentality: You'll be empowered to make decisions that prioritize the customer experience, and you'll be expected to utilize a variety of resources to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Delivering Results through Exceptional Decision Quality and Problem-Solving Skills: You'll be responsible for delivering results through exceptional decision quality and problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolution and a positive customer experience.
  • Acting as a 'Brand Expert': You'll be the go-to person for policies, procedures, and promotions, and you'll be responsible for providing accurate information to both internal and external customers.
  • Providing Peer Support: You'll work collaboratively with other team members to provide support and guidance as needed.
  • Utilizing Established Tools and Procedures: You'll use established tools and procedures to identify, organize, and categorize information, and you'll be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest systems and technologies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Proven Experience in Customer Service and/or a Fast-Paced Environment: You'll have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, and you'll be comfortable working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: You'll have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and you'll be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated Ability to Manage Complex Issues and De-Escalate Situations: You'll have a proven ability to manage complex issues and de-escalate situations, and you'll be able to think critically and creatively to resolve issues.
  • Ability to Create Innovative Solutions and Processes: You'll be able to create innovative solutions and processes that enhance the customer experience, and you'll be comfortable taking calculated risks to drive results.
  • Great at Leveraging Technology and Navigating Multiple Systems at Once: You'll be comfortable leveraging technology and navigating multiple systems at once, and you'll be able to stay up-to-date with the latest systems and technologies.
