What You'll Do As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering a 5-star experience to our small business advertisers. Your primary focus will be on providing timely and exceptional customer support, helping to strengthen arenaflex's revenue retention and drive business growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Logging into an inbound phone queue to consult and educate current Yelp advertisers on the value of our platform * Highlighting ad performance metrics to demonstrate the return on investment for our clients * Utilizing strong listening and conflict resolution skills to handle escalated client issues * Becoming an expert in arenaflex's advertising solutions and adapting product recommendations to suit client needs * Exhibiting strong communication skills, both externally with clients and internally with other arenaflex employees * Remaining organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment * Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly goals What It Takes To Succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
