Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction
• Providing in-depth information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers and clients
• Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping to drive revenue growth and business development
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
