Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist (Broker Dealer), you'll be responsible for:

• Handling day-to-day interactions with financial professionals, responding to service-related inquiries, and resolving issues related to financial products
• Fielding telephone calls and customer inquiries, addressing and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Supporting service delivery for multiple products using various systems, including CRM software and other financial tools
• Communicating with account holders, providers, plan participants, and field partners to answer questions and process transactions
• Following departmental processes to process transactions and provide information and solutions to customers
• Maintaining a broad understanding of financial services products, industry terms, and product-related statements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• An Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the financial services industry
• Intermediate or above level proficiency with computer skills, Microsoft Office products, and typing
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 registration desired, but not required
