Responsibilities
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing them with expert guidance and support on insurance and financial services products and solutions
- Conducting needs-based reviews with customers to identify their insurance and financial needs, and providing personalized recommendations to meet those needs
- Developing leads and scheduling appointments to meet with customers and discuss their insurance and financial needs
- Marketing arenaflex insurance and financial services products and solutions to customers, using a customer-focused approach to identify and meet their needs
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements
- A strong interest in marketing insurance and financial services products and solutions to customers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively to customer needs
- A people-oriented approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving, with a focus on delivering results and meeting customer needs
- Ability to learn and use computer functions, including CRM software and other tools
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals
