Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Interacting directly with customers to provide product and service information, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing sales and marketing support to Agents, including scheduling appointments, quoting insurance, and answering calls.
- Determining the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to arenaflex's policies.
- Coordinating problem resolution with appropriate departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering solutions that consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Working with guidance to organize, prioritize, and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Requirements for Success
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- The ability to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license within the first 2 years.
- Insurance and/or claims background is helpful, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
- An understanding of numerical concepts to perform mathematical transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
