Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our arenaflex team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Establishing customer relationships: Build strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Following up with customers: Stay in touch with customers, providing ongoing support and guidance as needed
  • Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process: Educate customers about insurance options, using a customer-centric approach to identify their needs and preferences
  • Developing leads: Identify new sales opportunities, and develop leads to grow our customer base
  • Scheduling appointments: Arrange meetings with customers to discuss their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations
  • Marketing appropriate products and services: Promote arenaflex insurance and financial services to customers, using your knowledge and expertise to identify the best solutions for their needs

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Interest in marketing products and services: Enjoy sharing information about insurance and financial services with customers, and be passionate about helping them achieve their goals
  • Excellent communication skills: Be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
  • People-oriented: Enjoy working with people, and be able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Detail oriented: Be able to focus on the details, and ensure that all customer interactions are accurate and professional
  • Proactive in problem solving: Be able to think on your feet, and come up with creative solutions to customer problems
  • Able to learn computer functions: Be comfortable using technology, and able to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Ability to work in a team environment: Enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues, and be able to contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred: While not required, bilingual Spanish skills are an asset in this role, as we serve a diverse customer base
