Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming phone calls and emails from customers, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Handling walk-in customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive experience
  • Collecting payments, making policy changes, and processing claims paperwork as required
  • Providing proof of insurance documents to clients and assisting with claims-related tasks

Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • A Property & Casualty insurance license (or the ability to obtain one within two years)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
