Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to incoming phone calls and addressing customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Handling walk-in customers with a smile, providing personalized service, and resolving issues efficiently
• Collecting payments and processing transactions accurately
• Making policy changes and updates as needed
• Assisting with claims paperwork and providing proof of insurance documents to clients

Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• A Property & Casualty insurance license (or the ability to obtain one within two years)
