Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer support by answering calls, emails, and chat messages
• Helping customers with flight bookings, cancellations, inquiries about luggage, reservations, and general travel information
• Troubleshooting customer concerns and ensuring a timely resolution, always maintaining a professional and friendly tone
• Accurately inputting customer data and updating records in our systems to ensure all interactions are documented and tracked appropriately
• Working closely with other team members and departments to solve complex customer issues and provide a seamless travel experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience is highly desirable, but not mandatory
• Experience in handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email is a plus
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is beneficial but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly telephone demeanor
