Job Summary
We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly, empathetic, and knowledgeable manner
- Use active listening skills to understand customer needs and preferences, and provide solutions that meet their expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and guidance
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working in a remote environment, with a proven track record of success
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Experience working with diverse customer populations, including international customers
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce and online shopping trends and best practices
