Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. You'll work closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely claims processing, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a remote position, and we'll provide you with the necessary equipment to perform your duties.
U.S. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old or demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract
- Be willing to submit to a background investigation, with any offer of employment conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
- Have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for the following key duties and responsibilities:
- Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
- Following up on missing information to process claims accurately and efficiently
- Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Compiling reports from systems with claims information to provide valuable insights and support to our team
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field
- Basic computer and typing skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
