Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with expediting orders, correcting post-sales problems, and providing effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. You'll utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies to provide accurate and timely support.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
