Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist customers with transactions, account details, and product-related questions, educating them about arenaflex products, services, and benefits to optimize their satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the system and ensure follow-up when needed, collaborating with team members and supervisors to enhance service delivery and meet performance goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring continuous improvement in customer service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless customer experiences.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven customer service or call center experience (preferred but not mandatory); experience in a virtual or remote role is a plus but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of CRM tools and online communication platforms, including arenaflex's proprietary systems.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric attitude, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a virtual or remote role is a plus but not required; arenaflex provides training and support to ensure success in this role.

Working Hours

  • Flexible part-time schedule, with the ability to work weekends, evenings, or holidays as required.
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the ability to adjust schedule as needed to meet business demands.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Exceptional interpersonal and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
