As a Director of Client Management at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers' lives and drive business growth. You'll lead a dynamic team of Senior Client Managers, overseeing a portfolio of merchant relationships with companies headquartered across Southern California. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in establishing mutually beneficial, profitable, and long-lasting relationships with our clients.About the Role
As the Director of Client Management, you'll be responsible for leading a team of 5 Senior Client Managers to grow arenaflex revenue by establishing and deepening relationships with 400+ respected brands. Your team will be accountable for delivering valuable, innovative insights and solutions to our clients across a diverse range of companies.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 5 senior client managers and help them manage, deepen, and improve relationships with 400+ respected brands.
- Develop, lead, and motivate a top-performing team to retain and drive incremental business (B2B and B2C) by growing revenue and improving share.
- Cultivate a culture of learning, strong challenger coaching skills, and consultative relationship management.
- Lead your team in maintaining and strengthening arenaflex' business by showcasing value, growing revenue, improving share, and increasing profitability.
- Embrace the fast-changing payments landscape and keep current with payment trends and economic/competitive indicators.
- Partner with internal colleagues to seek out and develop partnership and marketing assets that will be relevant to your customer base.
- Model key sales behaviors/skills and balance deal and skill coaching.
- Increase Merchant Satisfaction and maximize profits with an enterprise approach.
