Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support to resolve their issues and concerns. You will work closely with our internal teams, including Technical Account Managers, Sales and Solutions Architects, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our clients navigate complex technical issues and find creative solutions to their problems.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues, providing proactive support to prevent potential problems
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and releases
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions
  • Proactively communicate with clients to prevent issues and ensure satisfaction, escalating concerns to management as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current on industry trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, computer science)

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a technical or business-to-business environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on issue resolution and client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a cloud-based environment, with knowledge of AWS services and technologies

  • Familiarity with technical account management and sales processes
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., ITIL, CCNA)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline
