The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Operating the cash register in a fun, efficient, and trustworthy manner
- Delighting customers by answering questions and offering up recommendations
- Keeping shelves stocked and maintaining inventory, ensuring the customer has the best shopping experience possible
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift up to 49 lbs
- Shifts can be up to 8 hours, requiring associates to be on their feet for the duration of their shift
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or grocery environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
Preferred Qualifications:
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail or grocery environment
- Experience working with technology, such as cash registers and inventory management systems
- Knowledge of grocery products and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
