Job Description

In your role as an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, assisting customers with their queries, concerns, and feedback. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive customer experience by providing timely, accurate, and friendly assistance. Whether you're answering questions about product details, assisting with order issues, or resolving complaints, your goal will always be to leave the customer satisfied. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
