Job Overview

As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex's ADG, you'll be the first point of contact for customers engaging with our company through our website chat system. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

Handle live chat interactions: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, using your excellent communication skills to resolve issues and provide accurate information about ADG's products, services, and ongoing projects.
