Role Overview
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Freelance Virtual Assistant who can handle customer interactions, assist with marketing initiatives, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing our e-commerce platform, and supporting our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities
As a Freelance Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for the following key areas: ### Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Provide personalized assistance and ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and courteous manner
### E-Commerce & Website Management
- Update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on Shopify to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Track inventory and coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Ensure a seamless online shopping experience by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement e-commerce strategies
### Marketing & Social Media Support
- Assist with influencer outreach and email campaigns to promote our brand and products
- Schedule and manage social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) to engage with our audience and drive brand awareness
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and track engagement metrics to optimize our social media strategy
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns
### Administrative & Research Tasks
- Conduct industry and competitor research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices
- Perform data entry and maintain spreadsheets to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Assist with other operational needs as required, such as data analysis and reporting
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Virtual Assistant who possesses the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Shopify, social media platforms, and email marketing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
