Job Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to provide excellent support on a part-time basis. This remote position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work with a collaborative team. Our remote team utilizes Slack and Google Meets for seamless communication, ensuring that you stay connected and engaged with our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and social media, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the operations manager to effectively communicate with customers regarding preorder shipments, defective/damaged products, backordered items, and product inquiries.
- Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges using Loop Returns, ensuring that every customer issue is resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate with the warehouse team regarding inventory status and incoming/outgoing shipments, ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly.
- Utilize Shopify, Google Suite, and other ecommerce tools to provide exceptional customer support and drive business growth.
Requirements:
* Proficient in Google Suite, including Gmail, Drive, and Sheets, with a strong understanding of cloud-based productivity tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer support.
- Experience with Shopify is required, with a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and customer support tools.
- Experience with Loop Returns, Gorgias, and Aims360 is a significant plus, with a strong understanding of returns management and customer support software.
- Interest and previous experience in customer service and/or ecommerce, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work 15-30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that meets the needs of our business.
- Must be available to work during standard U.S. business hours within the Eastern Standard Time Zone, with flexibility to work during peak periods (November-December and major sales events).
