About the Role

As an Experienced Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for handling multiple channels of communication, including inbound calls, chats, and emails, to address the most pressing needs and concerns of our global community. You'll work closely with our team to develop deep expertise in our processes, systems, and resources, and use this knowledge to drive positive outcomes. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Compensation and Bonuses

* Base salary: $15,000 MXN monthly

  • Monthly wellness bonus: $1,000 MXN
  • Monthly grocery vouchers: $1,000 MXN
  • Performance bonus: Up to $3,750 MXN
  • Additional benefits, including paid personal days, work-from-home equipment, and life insurance

Social Security and Medical Coverage

* IMSS

  • Ambulance service: 5 free events
  • Medical assistance at home: 2 free events, subsequent services at preferential costs
  • 24/7 medical orientation: Free phone consultations year-round
  • Psychological assistance: Free initial consultation, preferential rates for additional sessions
  • Unlimited nutritional guidance: Available Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
  • Home nursing services

Key Responsibilities

* Handle multiple channels of communication, including inbound calls, chats, and emails, to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Develop deep expertise in arenaflex's processes, systems, and resources, and use this knowledge to drive positive outcomes
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, including written and verbal communication, to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Excel at quality, ensuring that every interaction is exceptional and meets arenaflex's high standards
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded

Essential Qualifications

* At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and resolving complex issues

  • Fluency in English, with above-average technical fluency (typing speed of 40 WPM)
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, with a proven track record of resilience and adaptability
  • Effective written communication skills, including top-notch grammar, spelling, and the ability to write both formally and casually using arenaflex's brand voice and tone
  • Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Above-average technological fluency, including smartphone application navigation, computer function navigation, and email management

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role at arenaflex or a similar company

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
