Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing excellent service to our internal clients, the branches, and external clients through inbound calls. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls from our external clients and internal clients at the bank branches
  • Educating clients on account services and capabilities
  • Having excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills
  • Having a superior customer-centric focus, with proven ability to thoroughly resolve customer inquiries
  • Having basic computer troubleshooting skills
  • Performing efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment, handling a wide variety of tasks

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients through inbound calls

  • Educate clients on account services and capabilities, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings
  • Utilize excellent communication and organizational skills to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
  • Maintain a customer-centric focus, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Troubleshoot basic computer issues and provide technical support as needed
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities

Requirements:

* Call center experience required, banking experience is desired

  • High school diploma required; College degree preferred
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Windows 11 navigation skills
  • Experience with Citrix, Good for enterprise, or Active Directory is a plus
  • Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds
  • Must be able to fully focus on work responsibilities during scheduled hours, maintaining a workspace free from noise and interruptions
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of information, demonstrating integrity and professionalism in all tasks

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly rate: $16-$17.50 an hour, dependent on experience and other qualifications
