What You Will Be Doing

As a Live Chat Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via live chat, email, and electronic message boards. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with product selection, identification, and troubleshooting, ensuring that their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently. You will be working remotely, which means you can work from the comfort of your own home, as long as you have a reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer messages via live chat, email, and electronic message boards in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding product selection, identification, and troubleshooting
  • Utilize comprehensive training and resources to resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with chat supervisors to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* Basic English skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Reliable internet connectivity and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Minimum availability of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
