As an Email & Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch customer support to our clients through various communication channels. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional service experiences that exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Work effectively in a remote team environment and maintain open communication with colleagues and supervisors
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or sales environment
