- Develop and maintain documentation, including knowledge base articles and user guides, to support customer self-service and support team efficiency
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a software development or technology-related industry
- Strong background in software development, with experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams
- Experience with testing frameworks, such as JUnit and TestNG
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
