Job Description:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary focus will be on delivering prompt, professional, and personalized service, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support and product information

  • Provide order status information and delivery updates
  • Manage cancellation requests and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Improve overall customer satisfaction by identifying and addressing areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses

Requirements:

* Previous experience in customer service, with a minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role

  • Fluency in German or French, with excellent communication and language skills
  • Reliability and ability to work full-time during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 Central Europe Time)
  • Strong service mentality, with a genuine desire to listen to customer needs and concerns
  • Patience and self-control, with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Ability to learn quickly and stay open-minded, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations
