Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone to provide quotes, answer questions, and resolve issues related to Auto Insurance. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting client information, transferring clients to sales vendors, and using rebuttals to overcome objections and concerns. Key Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from customers seeking quotes on Auto Insurance - Gather and document client information, including contact details, vehicle information, and insurance history - Transfer clients to sales vendors, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer - Use rebuttals to overcome objections and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty - Answer client questions accurately and efficiently, providing solutions to their insurance needs - Upsell products and services as required, meeting or exceeding sales targets - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred - 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction goals - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools (training provided)
