Role Highlights

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support, answering questions and resolving issues related to TurboTax products and tax return software
- Utilizing strong communication skills to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically, understanding and empathizing with customer needs
- Working collaboratively with SMEs and MPS to drive innovation and provide top-notch service
- Participating in our certification program, becoming a TurboTax Product Expert and earning a $310 bonus
- Building a flexible schedule, working a minimum of 30 hours per week, with opportunities to work more
