Job Summary
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat. You'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining positive customer relationships by addressing product-related concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
- Navigating through multiple systems and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
- Working flexible schedules, including part-time and seasonal opportunities
- Earning upsell commission on top of your hourly rate
- Participating in paid training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Take orders, verify information, and track packages to ensure accurate and efficient customer service
- Use computer systems and software to navigate and enter information, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
- Work flexible schedules, including part-time and seasonal opportunities
- Participate in upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase sales and revenue
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals

Essential Qualifications
* 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* 2-5 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical systems
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
