Job Summary

As a Director, Client Experience Partner Success, you'll play a critical role in improving the quality of our customer support experience by collaborating with our help partners (BPOs) to ensure their performance meets arenaflex's standards. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance our overall operations. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement quality monitoring projects that result in measurable improvements in performance metrics and efficiency

  • Collaborate with our help partners to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Work with our training and content teams to ensure consistency with new releases, processes, and procedures
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and present business cases to support process improvements and cost savings initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Perform business audits with help partner groups to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Identify, suggest, and implement cycle and project enhancements
  • Work with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or four years of work experience in a related field

  • Proven track record of driving quality improvements and process enhancements across multiple help desks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience refining large datasets to drive insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement business cases to support process improvements and cost savings initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative or business field or six years of work experience in a related field

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on quality improvement and process enhancement
  • Strong knowledge of quality metrics and performance indicators
  • Experience working with help partners (BPOs) to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
