Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Estimating team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and efficiency by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing insights that inform our business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, AI, and Labor Management, to develop and implement process improvements that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of forecasting models and processes to drive business growth and efficiency

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions that drive business results
• Analyze data and develop insights that inform business decisions and drive growth
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Operations, Marketing, AI, and Labor Management
• Identify and implement opportunities for business improvement, process streamlining, and automation
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Economics

• At least 3 years of experience in a business analyst or related role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and efficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights that inform business decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools, such as Snowflake and Sigma

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Economics

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Strong knowledge of business processes and operations, including supply chain management and logistics
• Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques, including predictive modeling and statistical analysis
• Certification in business analysis, such as CBAP or CCBA
