The Role
As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Professional at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective support to our customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner. You'll work closely with our social media teams to develop and implement strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and brand advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns on social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and more
- Develop and implement social media support strategies that align with arenaflex's brand goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including social media, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's products, services, and brand initiatives to provide accurate and helpful responses
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform changes to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
- Participate in social media monitoring and reporting to identify areas for improvement and optimize support processes
Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as communications, marketing, or customer service
- 2+ years of experience in social media customer support or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and more
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different tone and style requirements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as communications, marketing, or customer service
- 3+ years of experience in social media customer support or a related field
- Certification in social media marketing or customer service
- Experience with social media advertising and promotion
