Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Agent - Airport Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Safely loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections and guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions.
- Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
- Operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
- Scanning baggage and operating computers to ensure accurate routing to destinations.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless airport operations and exceptional customer experiences.
- Participating in safety-conscious behaviors and adhering to operational procedures and protocols.
Work Environment and Schedule
This is a physically demanding role that requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50-70 pounds. You will work in a fast-paced environment, often in harsh weather conditions, and may be required to work early morning, evening, or overnight shifts. Scheduling is based on operational needs, and you can expect to work between 20 and 40 hours per week.

Minimum Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Proficiency in English
- Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
- Ability to wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Ability to hold airport-specific requirements, such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, airport operations, or a related field
