Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our remote team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, responding to queries, and accurately documenting call content in real-time. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect, patience, and empathy
  • Accurately documenting call content in real-time, using our proprietary software
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality protocols

Schedule and Work Environment

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life. Our schedule includes:

  • Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
  • Rotating holidays as needed

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Pay: $17.75/hr
  • Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, PTO available

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • New York State residency required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

  • Experience working in the healthcare industry or a related field
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
