Your primary role will be to: * Handle customer inquiries promptly via live chat: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. * Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information: Use the right methods and tools to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers, ensuring that their needs are met. * Identify and assess customers' needs: Use your active listening skills to identify and assess customers' needs, ensuring that you provide the right solution to meet their expectations. * Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts: Build trust and rapport with customers through open and interactive communication, ensuring that they feel valued and supported. * Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas: Meet or exceed your personal and team targets, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one. Requirements and Skills To succeed as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need: * Proven customer support experience: A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, either in a customer support role or as a client service representative. * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening: The ability to listen actively and respond effectively to customer inquiries. * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices: Experience with CRM systems and practices, including data entry and management. * Excellent communication and presentation skills: The ability to communicate effectively and present information in a clear and concise manner. * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. * High school degree: A high school degree or equivalent is required.
