Responsibilities
As a part-time remote chat specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients' customers
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a helpful bonus

Work Environment
As a remote chat specialist, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. However, you must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.

Compensation
